Seeking Programmes From Plays Featuring Mike Pratt

Except, I hope to get what I'm after before the day I die...WAY before then. ;)

As the title states, I'm after programmes for theatre/stage productions featuring Mr. Mike Pratt in one form or another. Amazingly, I have happened upon more programmes than I thought I would in just a couple of weeks...to the point where I have only potentially five more to get, give or take more discoveries through research and/or eBay bids falling through. For now, those five are:

"Death of a Salesman" - Glasgow (Close Theatre?), 1965
"Triangle" - Close Theatre (Glasgow), 1965
"Silence of Lee Harvey Oswald" - Hampstead Theatre, 1966
"Beauty and the Beast" - Chipping Norton Town Hall, 1973
"The Tooth of Crime" - Royal Court Theatre, 1974

If any of you have a program from one or more of these, and are willing to part with it/them, please, PLEASE e-mail or private message me here. Thank you in advance.
